Muscat International Airport

The MIA passenger terminals are designed to the latest state-of-the-art technology and in accordance with IATA Service Level A standards. Muscat International Airport Terminal facilities are split into five levels. The first level comprises the Arrivals Hall, the second level has services and amenities, the third and fourth levels have the Departures Hall, and the fifth level houses the transit hotel Aerotel. 

The departures hall has 96 check-in counters, 20 self-service kiosks, plus 45 boarding gates. There are 31 emigration counters at the departures and 56 immigration counters at arrivals. Muscat International Airport’s arrivals has 8 luggage carousels for international flights, two carousels for domestic flights,  There are 12 transfer counters at the arrivals section for transit passengers.

The car parking  has a capacity of 8,000 cars which includes both short and long-stay.
